Preventing uneven epoxy surfaces.
The most common cause for uneven epoxy resin is often not using the correct mixing ratio or even using hardener and resin that is too old.
This will not.
When properly installed it will actually even out the floor.
If you are trying to fix a botched epoxy tabletop job or are trying to learn how to repair a peeling epoxy floor then you have come to the right place avoiding irregular epoxy finishes.
Gradual bends in the floor surface will be fairly easy to install over but sharp corners will damage nearly any flooring option over time.
As the saying goes prevention is better than cure and it is nowhere more true than when you are trying to fix uneven epoxy resin or epoxy mistakes.
This will not happen.
Epoxy coating will not work properly if it is applied over polyurethane or latex floor paints.
For a large area you might try soda blasting the paint.
If your floor is covered in one of these materials you will need to strip your floor before you can begin the epoxy process.
It should be noted that even flexible flooring can be damaged if the flooring is uneven enough.
